charter boat Cancellation policy

We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our guests. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking:

Weather-Related Cancellations:

We do not cancel charters due to rain. Charters will proceed as scheduled unless weather conditions are deemed unsafe to sail by the captain. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule your charter or issue a refund at our discretion.

Cancellation by Guest:

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled charter date are eligible for a refund, minus any applicable processing fees.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the charter date are non-refundable, as we are unlikely to rebook the vessel on short notice.

No Shows:

Failure to arrive for your scheduled charter without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation within the 7-day window and is non-refundable.
